Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to the www.CentrexSoftware.com and Centrex Software, Inc. and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Centrex Software, Inc. include www.CentrexSoftware.com, CTX, Centrex Software, login.CentrexSoftware.com and portal.CentrexSoftware.com. The CTX website is a Software As A Service site. By using the CTX website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

CTX may collect personally identifiable information, such as your first name, last name, business name, cell phone number, business phone number, and email address. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

By inserting personal contact information such as a cell phone number or home phone number, you release all liability of any and all lawsuits or complaints to CTX if your personal contact information is on any “Do Not Call List”.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by CTX. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the CTX website.
